  I called to tell them to pick up there furniture since they never returned my phone call about a problem with the faux leather loveseat was buching up under two if the seat cushions. Said they would call me in two days and send out a repair man. No call or call to tell me there repair man was out of state for a month. Then said the girl that was supposed to call me back was fired not my problem. Manager proceeded to tell me how I have an attitude with him! Excuse me what did you just say to me, your a manager how rude! Then told me they couldn't pick up their sofa until next week when I told him we were having our new sofa delivered Friday. Manager there has no business being in customer service or being a manager!
